Shipping

• Most of our products are made to order, please allow order to be processed and shipped within 3-4 weeks.
• Ready to ship products will be shipped within 2-3 days after order has been placed.
• We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
• Orders shipped via USPS Ground Shipping.

Returns policy

• We do not accept any kind of return at the moment. All sales are final.
• If in any case there is a defect in the product upon arrival, please contact us within 2 business days after order has been delivered. We will be more than happy to help. 
• We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in acceptable condition.
• After our evaluation, if an order has been accepted for a refund, please allow approximately 5-10 business days for refunds to reflect on your account, depending upon the bank.
• We do not offer credit. All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
• The Lost Santos is not responsible for lost or stolen items or packages, once it has left our warehouse and are in hands of the postal office carrier. All claims must be field with the respective carrier/postal service for the package delivery.
